Garrick is an expert in the local rental market and stays up-to-date on the latest trends and developments. He also owns several properties himself and has self-managed them for several years.
Garrick is also a licensed Auctioneer and can do real estate auctions or sell your personal property along with selling your house. He sells residential houses, vacant land including recreational and farmland, and also commercial properties.

I completed a degree in economics and social science, fueling my love for research, markets, and understanding how systems & human relationships work. Previous work gave me a foundation in finance, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. I now bring those skills into real estate to help clients make informed, confident decisions.
